Yloy Ybarra was trained in Spain, Texas and New York. His dance background is extensive in flamenco, ballet, jazz, modern and ethnic dance. His performing and teaching credits include Andrea Del Conte Danza Espana, Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana, Maria Benitez, Jose Greco, the Metropolitan Opera, Charo, Flamenco Latino, La Repompa de Malaga, and Sol y Sombra. He has been featured on Spain's TeleMadrid and Canal Sur and has for many years produced and directed Encuentro Flamenco en la Rabita Baja in Ronda. Yloy is currently the Artistic Director of Danza España.

Ling Tang had fifteen years of traditional Chinese dance training at Hubei Song and Dance Ensemble Youth Academy in Wuhan, China, and came to the United States in 2002. She has performed at the Kennedy Center, the Library of Congress, Smithsonian Freer & Sackler Galleries, and the Chinese Embassy. Also trained as a modern dancer, Ling has been company member of Nejla Yatkin/NY2Dance, Arts United of Washington, and Maryland Dance Ensemble. As a teaching artist with the Washington Performing Arts Society since 2007, Ling gives a "Chinese Dancing Ribbons" program for Grade K-12 in Washington D.C. metropolitan area schools. Ling holds her B.A. from the University of Maryland in Dance and Intercultural Performing Arts, studied under dance anthropologist and critic Dr. Judith Lynne Hanna. Currently lives in New York, Ling holds her M.A. in Arts Administration from Columbia University and works at the Asian Cultural Council.

Sol, La Argentinita (Dancer and Singer), was born Glenda Sol Koeraus in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Now based in New York City, Sol performs and tours with numerous Flamenco dance companies, and has been performing with the Metropolitan Opera for the past two seasons in Zeferelli's producton of La Traviata. Since summer 2008, Sol has been dancing and touring internationally with Noche Flamenca, sharing the stage with figures such as Soledad Barrio, Alejandro Granados, and Alfonso Loza. In June 2008, she received a scholarship to participate in a summer intensive program at Jacob's Pillow and, in July 2009 she received the Cristina Heeren Foundation 2008 scholarship for the study of flamenco song in Sevilla.

 

 

 

Rosa Carhuallanqui was born in Huancayo Peru. In 1986 she studied anthropology at the National University of Central Peru. In 1996, with her thesis project "the Dances of the Llamichos and its historical and Pedagigical implications" Rosa obtained her teaching degree, specializing in Marinera Nortena and Folkloric Dances from the National School of Folklore "Jose Maria Arguedas". In 1997 Rosa is hired by the Ministry of Education as part of a mayor pilot project (Decree 0614) to include folklore in its educational system. In 1998, Rosa publishes her book "Pastores de Altura, Magia, Ritos y Danzas". Rosa was recognized in 2005 by el Diario La Prensa of New York as one of its Outstanding Latino Women of the Year for her work on behalf of education. Rosa is the founder of Peruincafolk Company which presents the dances of Peru’s  coast, mountains and amazon. Rosa was an Instructor and artistic director of Pachamama Peruvian arts. She gives free classes of traditional  Peruvian music and dance offered to children by the Center for traditional Music and Dance in NEW YORK. She is specialist in Marinera Norteña and introduced the dance amidst of other styles of dancing from the world like, Irish dance, tango, salsa, flamenco in the competitive entertainment world of new. Also she has introduced Peruvian dance in North American education system of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut through their programs of art and dance. In 2013 she was recognized for Community Works NY honored heroes of the 2012-1013 making a difference in after school programs.
